“Don’t go back to him!” her brother said, looking at her with a little impatience in his usually tender eyes.
“He said he was sorry!” she said, lowering her eyes, trying to hide her true emotions. She was desperately in love with her lover, who was despised by all her family and friends.
They criticized his wasteful ways from the very beginning but she thought she will change him and moved in with him.
Then they started noticing the bruises on her arms and open portions of skin and wondered what was under cover, and why was she so addicted to his abuses.
Then one day she rebelled and walked away with bruised body to heal her soul.
